PT Agro Harapan Lestari is the managing agent for Groups’ plantations in Indonesia, where the Group has a land bank in excess of 75,000 hectares of plantation and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur.

In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in our Plantations
I.Account Assistant (Accounting Staff)-Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah
Responsibilities:
You will be working on a fully integrated computerized environment using Oracle ERP, will be required to maintain accounts, ensure payments are made on time and prepare monthly financial statement. Previous experience in using a similar system will be an advantage.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* Preferred language(s): English.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Will be based in Central Kalimantan and South Kalimantan
II.System & Control Manager-Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
* To facilitate the development and improvement of a systems and controls by continuously reviewing and ensuring implementation / compliance to all systems, processes, procedures and policies.
* Review the controls in safeguarding of assets in the group companies.
* Appraise the economy and efficiency with which resources are employed.
* Review projects or programs to ascertain whether results are consistent with established objectives and goals and whether the projects or programs are being carried out as planned.
* Review the reliability of financial and operating information and the means used to identify, measure, classify, and report such information.
Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor degree in Economics/Accounting
* Minimum 10 years experience in audit practice (external/internal audit)
* Maximum age 40 years old.
* Familiar with oracle, and other ERP environment
* Willing to travel a lot to Plantation throughout the Agro Group areas
* Fluent in English both in speaking and report writing
* Has a good computer skill and analytical review
* Hold CIA or BAP certificate is advantage
* Experiences in audit plantation companies (PMA is advantage)
III.Assistant Auditor- Kalimantan Tengah
Requirements:
* Male, max. 30 years old
* Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting from reputable university
* Min 3 years relevant experience in internal audit practice, especially for plantation company
* Experience in IT Audit is advantage
* Having Internal Audit certification is also advantage
* Detail & accurate, good analytical skill
* Good in writing audit report in English, speak as well.
* Willing to station in plantation site
IV.Assistant Manager HR-Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
* Ensure successful implementation of the recruitment plan
* Developing recruitment strategy and tools that meets the company need
* Manage and monitor recruitment activities
* Can performed end-to-end HR services include recruitment & retention, compensation & benefits and other related HR function
* You are required to involve in placement process like conducting Interview, arranging interview, reference checks, negotiating with the candidate, ensuring the offer letters and other documentation required for the new entrants are in place
Requirements:
* Max. 40 years old
* Bachelor degree in psychology, Human resources Management or Industrial Engineering
* Minimum 5 years experience in the same position
* Able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality
* Has a good computer skill
* Fluent in both oral & written English
* Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
* A self-motivated, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
V.Assistant Accountant-Kalimantan Tengah - Sampit
Requirements:
* Male/Female, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting possessing hands on experience in Plantation / manufacturing sector.
* Has knowledge in accounting packages ACCPAC, Oracle Financials and Microsoft excel, word, power-point, project etc.
* Have 3 of more years experience in a large organization as equivalent or higher position.
* Good analytical skills, ability to maintain accounts set independently.
* Knowledge on local tax and accounting standards both PSAK and IFRS is an added advantage.
* Must be proficient in oral and written English skills.
